BPS oil seal is an integral piston seal used in automatic transmission. It can withstand the impact of ATF oil ≤ 2.5MPa at - 40 ~ 150 ℃ and realize long-life sealing. It is mainly used in at, DCT, CVT and HT.
It is applied to at, DCT, CVT and HT. It can withstand the impact of ATF oil in transmission clutch during gear shifting. It fits well with friction plate group and return spring. It can withstand high and low temperatures of - 40 ~ 150 ℃, and can meet 2 million reciprocating cycles in bench test operation. Targeted matching design can be carried out according to the oil cavity shape of different automatic transmissions.
